DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched by the transport companies Bpost, maximum 48 working hours (between 8am and 6pm) after receipt of payment. Please note that delivery times may be extended by 72 hours during sales and promotions.
We deliver free of charge anywhere in Belgium, France (metropolitan), the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
It is also possible to order from other European countries, but shipping costs will be added to your order.
RETURNS
Would you like to make a return? No problem, you have 30 days to return your parcel!
What to do?
I prepare my parcel
- Place the item in its original condition in the parcel with the price tag still attached to your item.
- Use the carrier's label that you will find in your envelope and affix it to the parcel for a free return.
I'm returning my parcel
- Go to a Post Office or Poste Point to drop off your parcel.
- Ask for proof of delivery and keep it safe.
My refund
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your refund has been processed.
To exchange your order, simply reorder the part you require.
