DEADLINE

The following delivery times apply:

For items available for delivery in Belgium, the Netherlands and/or Luxembourg, the shipping time is usually 24 hours from the day following receipt of payment by the Purchaser.

For items available for delivery in another European country, the delivery time is 48 to 96 working hours from the day following receipt of payment for the order by the Purchaser.

If the order cannot be fulfilled within a maximum of 30 working days, from the day following that on which the order is validated by the Purchaser, the latter has the right to cancel the Purchase. For orders for which the summary sent to the Buyer specifies 'available in x weeks', the maximum delivery time is 30 working days plus the number of weeks in question.

Additional lead times may apply during promotional periods.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Products ordered by the Buyer will be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer on the order form.

In any event, the Products will be sent by the usual postal services or by carrier. TEXARDENT declines all responsibility in the event of excessively long delivery times due to postal services or means of transport, as well as in the event of loss of Products ordered or strikes.

Transport risks are borne by the Buyer, who must lodge a reasoned protest with the postal services or the carrier within three (3) working days of delivery. Furthermore, it is specified that ownership of the Products ordered will only be transferred to the Buyer upon full payment of the invoiced price, including shipping costs. All other risks of loss or damage to the Products are transferred to the Buyer upon delivery.
